Students of EYFS brought in their snack box healthy food that is the same as the four colors of the UAE flag and during snack time they formed the flag with these on a disposable plate, they talked about the colours, counted them in sequence and discussed the arrangement while doing the activity. After which they ate it for a snack.

Some students also chose to bring other fruits and vegetable such as red cherry tomatoes, green spinach or broccoli, white radish and black olives depending on food preferences, to make representations of the Flag.

The UAE flag served as an inspiration to serve a healthy plate and promote healthy eating habits in our Early years.
