The United Nations International Peace Day, also known as World Peace Day, is celebrated on the 21st of September annually. Here at SMM, one of our core values is Compassion, and with that, we highlight peace among all the members of the community!
Last week, to commemorate the special event, primary students created their own peace logos and turned them into flaglets to wave together with pride and enthusiasm! While some secondary students volunteered to create a vlog answering the question “How can you promote peace in school, at home or online?” to spread awareness not only to the members of the community but also to everyone in the world!
